You can check into your room from 3 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. But please let us know one day in advance.
We ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. so that we can prepare everything for the new guests. If you would like to spend the day of your departure in Viehhofen, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us. If you would like to freshen up for the journey home after your holiday, we offer you the opportunity to do so. Please let us know the evening before.

Yes of course, the nearest train station is in Maishofen, 5 km away, the next bigger one is Zell am See, only 10 km away. We are happy to pick you up from the station between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Please let us know before your arrival. At other times of the day please use a taxi.

Yes, there is free covered and uncovered parking available. If you would like a guaranteed covered parking space, you can reserve one for € 5,--/day. We ask for your understanding that reservations can only be accepted for the entire booking period.

There are 3 charging points. However, you need your own cable with a CEE 16 Amp. plug or a Schuko plug. The price is € 0,50 / kw/h. Please reserve a parking space for € 5,-- per day. However, this amount will be offset against the electricity charged by us.

Yes, the fee is 9,-- per day without food. Please bring a basket or blanket for your four-legged darling.

We have brand new e-bikes in house every season. We rent them out for our at an extremely reasonable price so that many can enjoy this unique sporting experience.

We do not specialise in vegetarian cuisine, but of course we cater to needs and wishes as much as possible.

No, these cards are only available in Saalbach or Zell am See-Kaprun.

But we have the Viehhofen SommerCard which also offers great opportunities.

Cash is best, but bank transfer in advance, EC card and credit card are also possible.

The bells do not ring at night, only during the day between 8.00 am and 9.00 pm. So your night's rest is not disturbed ;-)
