- In the early and late season there may be restrictions in the ski bus service.
- You can pay your bill in cash, by advance bank transfer with IBAN and BIC, or by EC card. Please note the limit you have chosen for your EC card.
- In winter the short stay surcharge (1 - 4 nights) is € 5,- per person and night in the rooms and € 26,- per night in the flats.
- For a double room for single use, the surcharge is € 30,- per day on the comfort rooms prices.
- The prices of the flats are exclusive of final cleaning of € 40,-.

In these cases, our cancellation policy according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions applies.
- Cancellations and changes made up to 3 months before the date of arrival are free of charge.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival will be charged 40% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged 70% of the total cost of the booking.
- Cancellations, late changes and no-shows will be charged at 90% of the total amount.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. with the European.
Children up to 2,9 years in a cot 10,-/night, please order cot and high chair in advance.
Children from 3 - 6,9 years receive approx. 65% reduction!
Children from 7 - 11,9 years receive approx. 50% reduction!
Children from 12 - 15,9 years receive approx. 35% reduction!
If your children prefer to sleep in their own room, we also have rooms with connecting doors and apartments with half board. as well as flats with half board. We will be happy to inform you about prices on request.
If you only need breakfast instead of half board in the rooms, € 12,- will be deducted from the daily rate.
